After almost 6 months of inpatient rehab, Amanda Bynes has been released to the care of her parents.

Back in July Bynes was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after setting a small fire in a residential driveway in Thousand Oaks, California. This was the final straw for the legal system; Bynes had been posting about her erratic behavior on social media outlets like Instagram and Twitter prior to the driveway fire. Everyone was concerned for her wellbeing.

Bynes will still see an outpatient treatment team at least four days a week while living with her parents, who have custody of her estate.

The family is due back in court on the 7th for a DUI charge related to an incident in 2012.
