You might remember the Biebs getting arrested way back in January for a suspected DUI, no valid driver’s license, resisting arrest, and drag racing.

During the arrest, Bieber’s alcohol breath test showed that the singer’s level was below the limit for underage drivers. However, a urine test showed evidence of marijuana and Xanax in his system. Police said that Bieber admitted to sonsuming alcohol, smoking marijuana, and taking Xanax.

Bieber finally went to court on Tuesday to address these charges.  The twenty-year-old reached a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time for his infractions. He plead guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and resisting arrest, avoiding a DUI conviction.

As a result of the misdemeanor charges, Bieber will have to attend a 12 hour anger management course, give $50,000 to a local children’t charity, and pay legal fines.

Bieber resolved another court case in July for misdemeanor vandalism charges, in which he agreed to pay $80,000 in damages and s number of other conditions.

Bieber is also facing charges for suspected assault of a limo driver in Toronto. He’s also being sued by a photographer who says he was “roughed up” by Bieber.

Thank goodness Bieber is going to anger management.

The Biebs is at it again. His first run in with the law came earlier this month after egging a neighbor’s house and reportedly causing $20,000 in damage. The police raided his home on Jan. 14th, five days after the incident, and arrested his pal, Lil Za for drug possession.

You would think the egging incident would be enough to convince J-Biebs to lay low for a while, but nope. Early in the morning on Thursday, the 23rd, Bieber was arrested for drag-racing and driving under the influence.

Bieber has been seen around Miami, making frequent stops at a strip club and a skate shop. And his bad behavior isn’t new. A source told E!News that his advisers have been urging him to go to rehab.
